NoorderHuys

NoorderHuys is an investment company focusing on mid-size Dutch companies. The company was established early 2007 by John Ritchi, Johannes Osinga, Jan ten Cate and Alfred Stel. An experienced team that was involved in approximately 50 transactions in the past years.

The companies that NoorderHuys concentrates on have a rough business value in the range of € 2 to € 40 million. NoorderHuys then contributes between € 0,5 and € 9 million of its own funds.

In 2011 NoorderHuys, apart from its investment activities, started its financial services practice. Based on ample experience in the field of buying or selling of companies and its experience with hands-on management of its own portfolio companies, NoorderHuys is able to add value to third parties as a consultant.
This applies to every company, manager or entrepreneur, who seeks advice in the field of corporate strategy, finance structures, internal organisation and mergers or acquisitions.
